Questionnaire Menez une vie plus active 

Le Questionnaire Menez une vie plus active, mis au point par un comité d’experts de la SCPE, est un outil d'évaluation préalable à la participation de deux pages que les gens peuvent s’administrer eux-mêmes.  

Le questionnaire et le document de référence qui l’accompagne vous permettent de déterminer s’il serait justifié d’obtenir des conseils auprès d’un professionnel de la santé ou d’un professionnel de l’exercice qualifié avant d’adopter un mode de vie plus actif. Il s’agira maintenant de la seule ressource d’évaluation préalable à la participation approuvée par le SCPE et elle remplacera le Q-AAP et le Q-AAP+.

O PARmed-X para Gestação é um guia de 4 páginas para prescrição de exercício e avaliação da saúde antes da participação em uma aula de ginástica pré-natal ou outro exercício. Para ser usado por obstetras e profissionais de Educação Física. Este instrumento foi traduzido e adaptado transculturalmente, seguindo recomendações internacionais, do original "PARmed-X for Pregnancy" (2013), por Roberta Bgeginski, MSc., F.B. Schuch, MSc. e Dr. J.G.L. Ramos, MD, Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul/Brasil.

The PARmed-X for Pregnancy is a 4-page guideline for exercise prescription and health screening prior to participation in a prenatal fitness class or other exercise. For use by health care providers and fitness professionals. This instrument was translated and culturally adapted, following international recommendations, based on the original "PARmed-X for Pregnancy" (2013), by Roberta Bgeginski, MSc., F.B. Schuch, MSc. and Dr. J.G.L. Ramos, MD, Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul/Brasil.
